The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a quick walk to Ningyocho station. I loved the neighborhood. it felt peaceful yet had several charming restaurants and convenience stores nearby. My room was small but utilized the space well. It had all the necessary amenities like a hot water kettle, hairdryer, and even a razor. The air conditioning worked fine, keeping the room comfortable during warm days. The bathroom was nice, although I experienced a little flooding during showers, likely due to the curtain design. The bed was quite comfortable for my taste, but I noticed pillows were subpar. I woke up with some neck aches. A thorough cleaning of the air conditioning unit is needed, as it had visible dust causing my allergies to flare up. Despite these minor inconveniences, the value for money is commendable, especially in such a central location.

Exceptional hospitality and great amenities with a comfy bed made my stay memorable. The area felt peaceful, perfect for relaxation after exploring all day.
Room size can be quite limited for bigger luggage. The bathroom was exceedingly compact, which may frustrate those used to larger spaces.

Conveniently located a minute walk from necessities.
Our room was much smaller than expected. We noticed uncleaned areas, especially hair in the bathroom upon arrival. The cleaning standards were disappointing, as they only cleaned every third day. Opening the window introduced unwanted cigarette smells from another floor.
